Timeline and Submission Information
School Surveys and Evaluation Reports
The school reporting instrument will be available for submissions on April 18, 2007. The deadline for submitting individual school reports is May 15, 2007.
System (Districts, Special State Schools, Diocesan System) Surveys and Evaluation Reports
The system reporting instrument will be available for submission upon the completion and approval of all school technology surveys within the system. The system technology survey must be completed by June 29, 2007.
Downloadable School System and School Surveys
All schools and systems are encouraged to begin to collect required data well in advance of the deadline for submission. The online submission of reports is significantly easier if all data is gathered before beginning the submission process. To facilitate the collection of necessary data prior to the electronic submission process, PDF and Word versions of the system and school instruments are available below.
