REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS:
The Division of Leadership and Technology maintains the results from its Technology Proficiency Self-Assessment tools.
Though systems are free to use whatever means they wish to measure technology proficiency of their 8th graders, the tool
is out there as a valid instrument.
Please note that at this time, reports will be given as Microsoft Word documents. Districts and schools must make sure emails sent from an la.gov or an ladoe.org
email address containing Microsoft Word documents attached to it are NOT REJECTED.
Schools:
A school can obtain instant reports from the technology self assessment tools broken down by student, teacher, and administrator results. They will be emailed to the address given. Each school has been assigned an administrative password, which is the same password used for grants and surveys. To log in, follow these steps:

Select the name of your system (public school district, diocesan system, special state school, or charter school) from the dropdown list. Independent nonpublic schools will select the name “independent nonpublic schools” as your system name.

Select the name of your school from the dropdown list.

If your system or school was not included in the dropdown lists, or the name has changed, or a school has closed, please contact Harry Theriot (see next item.)

Enter your password. If you did not receive your password, please contact the following people: Public and Diocean Schools -- contact the technology coordinator for your school system. Charter schools, state special schools, and independent nonpublic schools, contact Harry Theriot at Harry.Theriot@ladoe.org

After entering your password, click the Sign In button.
Districts, Diocesan Systems, State Special Schools, and Charter Schools:
A public or diocesan system, state special school, or charter school can obtain instant reports from the technology self assessment tools broken down by student, teacher, administrator, and (if applicable) central office administrator results. They will be emailed to the address given. Each system, diocese, special school, and charter school has been assigned an administrative password, which is the same password used for grants and surveys. Logging in using this method allows a technology coordinator to generate system level reports, or reports for multiple schools within the system. To log in, follow these steps:

Select your system name from the dropdown list.

Enter your password for your school system.

After entering your password, click the Sign In button.

This site uses sessions and cookies to ensure proper security. You must enable cookies on your browser to use this site. Many multiple report requests in a short period or absences can cause the site to time out, in which case simply closing out the site and reloading it tends to fix the problem.
