The Louisiana Student Technology Proficiency Self-Assessment instruments are quantitative instruments that were created by a group
of researchers from the Southwest Educational Development Laboratory (SEDL) specifically for the Division of Leadership and
Technology, a division of the Louisiana Department of Education. The instruments are based upon International Society for Technology
in Education's (ISTE) and Louisiana K-12 Technology Standards.
